Hi, I’m Alissa.

I created ElleBee Practice Ops, LCC. after spending years inside businesses where strong operations made the difference between a team simply getting through the day and a practice actually performing at its potential.

My background includes healthcare operations, operational direction within the wellness industry, dental implant practice management, patient consultation and education, team leadership, recruiting, onboarding, performance management and multi-location operations.

I’ve managed teams, improved workflows, worked closely with clinical providers, helped drive patient conversion and managed the operational details that directly affect both the patient experience and practice performance.

And I’ve seen the same challenge repeatedly:

Practice owners are too often expected to be clinicians, business owners, managers, problem-solvers and HR departments at the same time. This eventually creates lack of patient and client care-which leads to loss of growth and company profit.

Eventually, everything flows back to the owner.

ElleBee Practice Ops, LLC was created to change that.

My approach is practical.

I look at what’s happening inside the practice, identify where the breakdown is occurring and create systems that the team can actually use. I take a hands on approach so that owners can continue to develop strong patient/client relationships, which in turn yields more profit.

I’m not interested in adding unnecessary meetings, complicated processes or another binder that sits on a shelf.

The goal is a practice that operates more consistently, a team that understands what’s expected and an owner who doesn’t have to manage every detail personally.
